This Service Agreement sets the terms and conditions relating to your use of the Storefinder Listing services as provided by SMG-Development

Before purchasing a subscription all clients must acknowledge that you have read understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions laid out in this agreement.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

1. Services

We provide repair companies / repair service providers throughout the United States (U.S.) with company promotion and listing services on the Storefinder.repairhelper.com site

2. Delivery

All services / Products purchased on Storefinder.repairhelper.com are provided electronically.

Upon receiving payment customers listings are automatically activated if any problem occurs during the activation of your account please contact - registrations@Storefinder.repairhelper.com as soon as possible.

3. Prices

All services provided on this site are based on a subscription systems and total cost is $25 (US Dollars) per year.

4. Data Ownership

You agree and accept that we own the following:

All information generated throughout the Storefinder.repairhelper database systems regarding the ordering process.

We do not have any ownership interest in your personal information outside of your right in our customer database.

5. Warranties

You justify that all information that you provided to your Storefinder Company page order is accurate and complete.

6. Cancellation Rights

Listings can be cancelled at any time by emailing your details (Email address and Password) to Cancellations@repairhelper.com, if a listing is cancelled before the subscription period is over then no refund (partial or Full) can be issued. For details of when refunds can be issued please view our 'Refund Policy' below.

7. Refund Policy

A refund application can be made to the company.

If the services found on Storefinder US are faulty a full refund will be given so long as the goods have been rejected within 7 days.

Otherwise ;

Customers who would like to make a claim for refunding are asked that this be put into writing giving full reason and detail as to the refund request, this request must also be made within 7 calendar days of the purchase or within 7 days of each subsription renewal.

A refund will be only given with the full authority of the Directors.
The amount of refund would be 70% of the original purchase price, the 30% being that to cover admin, any other type of refund would be at the discretion of the directors.Should any dispute arise from the above statement it will be referred to courts of England and Wales for their jurisdiction.

8. Complaints

If for any reason you have a complaint please send it to us using our Contact - view.

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.

9. Security

We use 2Checkout secure servers for all transactions in which any communication between yourself and 2Checkout are encrypted using TSL or 128 Bit SSL(Secure Socket Layer).

SMG-Development, Repairhelper and storefinder shall be not be held responsible for any personal or business disputes between the companies listed within this site and their customers.
